How to Disable/Enable DND (Do Not Disturb) Channels

This guide provides a straightforward method for managing Do Not Disturb (DND) settings for contacts in FranFlow. By following the steps outlined, users can easily enable or disable DND channels which includes Email, Text Messages, Calls & Voicemails, and Inbound Calls & SMS.

1. Navigate to FranFlow by going to app.franflow.io

2. Click "Contacts"

3. Click the "Search Contacts" field

4. Type in the Contact Name you want to enable or disable DND for

5. Click on the Contact's Record

6. Click on the "DND" Tab

7. Currently Enabled DND Channels will be indicated by the blue checkmark. These are the channels that the systems is NOT currently sending to.

8. To remove DND, uncheck the box(es) next to the channel you'd like to Disable DND for.

9. In the Contact Record's Conversations & Activities section (Middle Panel), it will indicate DND has been disabled.
