Confirmation and reminder messages are automatically sent when a candidate books a meeting.

These messages ensure candidates show up prepared and on time.

What Are Confirmations & Reminders?

Confirmation

Sent immediately after booking.

Includes:

  • Date and time

  • Meeting details

  • Next steps

Reminders

Sent before the meeting.

Examples:

  • 24 hours before

  • 1 hour before

How to Configure Messages

  • Go to Settings → Calendars

  • Select your calendar

  • Navigate to Notifications or Automations

What to Customize

Confirmation Message

Update:

  • Your name

  • What to expect

Reminder Messages

Set:

  • Timing (ex: 24 hours, 1 hour)
