Connecting your Outlook Calendar allows FranFlow to see your existing meetings and block those times from being booked by candidates.
This helps prevent double bookings and keeps your schedule organized.
Once connected, FranFlow will:
✔ Read your Outlook calendar availability
✔ Block busy times automatically
✔ Add booked meetings to your Outlook calendar
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
✔ A Microsoft Outlook or Office 365 account
✔ Access to your Outlook Calendar
✔ Your Microsoft login information
Step-by-Step: Connect Google Calendar
Log into FranFlow
Click Settings
Click Calendars
Click Connections
Select Add New
Select Connect next to Outlook Calendar
A Microsoft 360 login window will appear
Log into the Microsoft account you want to connect
Click Allow when Outlook asks for permissions
Return to FranFlow
Your Outlook Calendar should now show as Connected. Check out the gif below to see the steps in action:
What Happens After You Connect
Once connected:
• FranFlow reads your Outlook calendar
• Busy meetings block booking times
• New meetings booked in FranFlow appear in Outlook
• Your scheduling stays synchronized

✔ Test your booking link after connecting
