How to Turn ON Signature for Outgoing Messages
Creating a signature is not enough — you must also enable it for outgoing messages.
Steps to Enable Your Signature
Go to Settings → My Profile
Scroll to the Email Signature settings
Locate the toggle or checkbox for:
“Use signature for outgoing messages”
Turn this setting ON
Click Save
