Your email signature automatically appears at the bottom of emails you send from FranFlow.

Your email signature is managed in your User Profile settings.

How to Turn ON Signature for Outgoing Messages

Creating a signature is not enough — you must also enable it for outgoing messages.

Steps to Enable Your Signature

  1. Go to Settings → My Profile

  2. Scroll to the Email Signature settings

  3. Locate the toggle or checkbox for:

“Use signature for outgoing messages”

  1. Turn this setting ON

  2. Click Save
