How to Filter and Search for Appointments

When you begin scheduling multiple meetings with candidates, your calendar can fill up quickly.

FranFlow provides filtering and search tools that help you quickly find the exact appointment you need.

You can filter or search appointments based on:

✔ Contact name
✔ Calendar type
✔ Assigned user
✔ Date range
✔ Appointment status

These tools help you quickly locate meetings without scrolling through your entire schedule.

Where to Filter or Search Appointments

Filtering and searching can be done from two places:

Calendar View
A visual layout of your meetings.

Appointment Listing
A detailed list of all scheduled appointments.

Most filtering and searching is easiest from Appointment Listing.

To access it:

  1. Log into FranFlow

  2. Click Calendars

  3. Select Appointment Listing

You will now see a list of scheduled appointments.

How to Search for an Appointment

The search bar allows you to quickly find a meeting by contact.

To search for an appointment:

  1. Go to Calendars

  2. Open Appointment Listing

  3. Use the Search bar

  4. Type the contact’s name, email, or phone number

FranFlow will automatically show matching appointments.

How to Filter Appointments

Filters allow you to narrow down your appointment list.

You can filter by:

• Calendar type
• Assigned user
• Date range
• Appointment status

To filter, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Calendars

  2. Open Appointment Listing

  3. Click Filter

  4. Select the filter options you want

  5. Click Apply

Your appointment list will update immediately.

How to Clear Filters

Sometimes users think appointments are missing when filters are still applied.

‼️ Important: Always clear your filter! No matter where you are, whatever your last filter applied was will persist across all views even when you refresh your browser.

To remove filters:

  1. Click Filter

  2. Remove selected filters

  3. Click Clear or Apply

Once cleared, all appointments will appear again.

✔ Use filters when reviewing upcoming meetings
✔ Search by contact name if you cannot find an appointment
✔ Clear filters before assuming an appointment is missing
✔ Use Appointment Listing for large schedules
