How to Add or Update Your Profile Photo in FranFlow

Adding a profile photo in FranFlow helps team members quickly identify who is working with each candidate. Your profile photo may appear in places such as:

  • Conversations and messages

  • Notes on contacts or opportunities

  • Calendar appointments

  • Internal activity logs

While a profile photo is optional, it helps keep your workspace more personal and organized.

Where to Update Your Profile Photo

Your profile photo is managed in your User Profile settings.

To access your profile settings:

  1. Log into FranFlow

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click My Profile (or Profile Settings depending on your account)

This page contains your personal account information.

How to Add a Profile Photo

Follow these steps to upload a new photo:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select My Profile

  3. Locate the Profile Photo section

  4. Click Upload Photo or the current image placeholder

  5. Select an image from your computer

  6. Click Save

Your new profile photo will appear across FranFlow.

How to Change Your Profile Photo

If you already have a photo and want to replace it:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click My Profile

  3. Click on your current profile picture

  4. Upload a new image

  5. Click Save

Your updated photo will replace the previous one.

Recommended Photo Guidelines

For best results, use:

βœ” A professional photo
βœ” A square image (1:1 ratio)
βœ” A file under 5MB

Good examples include:

  • Professional headshots

  • LinkedIn-style photos

  • Company profile images

Avoid using blurry or cropped images where your face is difficult to see.

Common Issues

My photo will not upload

Check the following:

  • The image file size is not too large

  • The file type is supported (JPG or PNG recommended)

  • Your internet connection is stable

If the upload fails, try refreshing the page and uploading again.

My photo did not update

Sometimes the image may take a few seconds to refresh.

Try:

  • Refreshing your browser

  • Logging out and logging back in

Your new photo should appear shortly.
